RefurbCitiPrinter.live is an independent third-party seller of refurbished printers and accessories. All products are checked and prepared before dispatch to ensure that customers receive functioning items At this time, our website offers the option to pay using Cash on Delivery (COD) which means customers will need to pay all of them at once when their order has been delivered by a delivery representative.

Once an order is placed, it is now confirmed, and our team starts processing the product for packing and preparing it to depart. Note: Order processing times are subject to fluctuations in stock, quality checks & the customers delivery location. While we do our best to ship orders quickly but there may be times when order processing takes longer than expected—this could be due to high volume times, holidays, or technical difficulties/issues outside of our control.

Approximate delivery times displayed on the website are for guidance purposes only and not delivery promises. Actual delivery may vary due to courier partner operations, climate change and weather conditions, disruption in transportation, Government regulations / restrictions or any other factor beyond our reasonable control. Wrong or incomplete information can cause delays, deliveries to fail or higher shipping costs. If shipping details you provide cannot be verified or authenticated, we reserve the right to cancel any order.

While delivering the package, customers are advised to check if the external condition of the parcel is intact before accepting it. If the Package Looks To Be Heavily Damaged, Opened or Tampered Then The Customer Should Reject Delivery And Report It Immediately By Providing Details And Photos To Our Support Team.

In some isolated regions, courier service may not yet be available and shipping coverage will be limited. We have a right to refuse and/or cancel orders for any locations that cannot reasonably be serviced by our delivery partners.

All applicable shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer and owner-ship of the product is transferred to the customer upon delivery at the designated shipping address.
