This Return Policy is to render assistance towards your conditions under which returns, replacements and refunds may be entered by us. When you place an order on our website, you are accepting the conditions stated in this policy.

RefurbCitiPrinter.live is an independent seller for refurbished printers and other products. As all of our products are refurbished, you may notice minor cosmetic blemishes, signs of prior usage or dissimilar packaging that do not affect what the product is designed to do. Such cosmetic types of situations isn’t going to constitute a authentic motive for your go back.

We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as payment method on our website. Customers are requested to examine the parcel at the time of delivery whenever possible. Customers must reject delivery of severely damaged packages or tampered with seals and contact Support.

Refunds or cases of replacement will only be approved if the customer receives a product that differs substantially from the item, arrives with major shipping damages, is defective upon arrival, or cannot perform its primary advertised functions. Any complaint should be raised within 7 days of the delivery, with clear photographs or videos showing the condition of the product and packaging.

Before approving a refund, RefurbCitiPrinter.live may ask for more information or further troubleshooting steps in order to confirm the reported issue. In certain scenarios, customers must return the item for inspection. Returned items must contain all accessories, manuals, cables etc. that were originally included – where applicable.

No refunds for damage caused by erroneous installation as a result of misuse, neglect, inadvertent repairs or modifications made by any other persons, accidents or electric shocks due to faulty wiring, hardware and/or software incompatibility in accessories not delivered with the product (and that includes accessories without identifying mark), errors in software not part of the included form on delivery or normal wear after delivering process. Refund requests may refuse if the product is intentionally damaged, or if it requires reasonable evidence that such an incident has indeed occurred.

When there is a replacement product available, RefurbCitiPrinter.live is entitled to supply an alternative product instead of a refund. This policy is also applicable if a refund is eligible, and substitute supply cannot be arranged.

Shipping charge, handling fee, or any other service charges may be non-refundable unless the return of product is a result of error by us or a miscellaneous verified defective product.

RefurbCitiPrinter.Live reserves the right to amend, modify and/or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. If you continue to use the website and/or purchase products after changes are published then you accept these changed terms.
